Day 1 – Arrival and Yoga at sunset
Arrival in Finale Ligure by private transport and accommodation at the facility, an oasis surrounded by greenery where silence and the scents of nature accompany your stay. After a moment of adjustment and relaxation, you will prepare for the first experience of the package: a yoga class led by a qualified teacher, with muscle awakening, Hatha and Vinyasa practices. The session takes place on the beautiful terraces of the property, from which you can admire the colours of the Ligurian sunset in an atmosphere of peace and harmony. Free dinner and return to the apartment for the night.
Day 2 – Wellness day at the SPA
After breakfast, the day is dedicated to complete relaxation with access to the spa. A 5-hour regeneration programme is planned, which includes access to the wellness areas and use of the hydro-climatised pools. To complete the experience, a 6-course bistro tasting menu featuring land and sea delicacies, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine or a soft drink. A whole day designed to regenerate body and mind, surrounded by water, flavours and silence. At the end of the day, return to the hotel, dinner at your leisure and overnight stay.
Day 3 – Yoga at dawn and departure
The last day begins with yoga at dawn, surrounded by the tranquillity of the morning and the awakening of nature. A special moment to regain energy and awareness before departure and return.
The price includes: 2 nights in an apartment surrounded by nature (package available at other times of the year). Two yoga classes led by a qualified instructor (Hatha, Vinyasa and muscle toning). Five hours’ access to the Il Casale Spa with use of the hydrotherapy pools, including a six-course bistro tasting menu and a glass of sparkling wine or soft drink.
