Day 1 – Arrival and Wellness
Arrival by own means and accommodation in the facility. The stay begins with a moment of regenerating relaxation immersed in the surrounding nature: an initial yoga session led by a qualified instructor, designed to slow down, listen to yourself and let yourself be enveloped by the energy of the place. This is followed by a tasting dinner in a typical local tavern, where local flavours intertwine with a convivial atmosphere. Return to the accommodation and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Yoga and Nature
After a breakfast featuring organic and local products, the morning continues with a yoga and mindfulness session tailored to the level and needs of the participants. The practice is designed as a journey of self-exploration, to rediscover balance and energy. The rest of the day is free: you can explore the trails and cliffs surrounding the valley or relax in the grounds of the property. Dinner is not included and overnight stay.
Day 3 – Breakfast and Departure
Organic, homemade breakfast, last view of the valley before heading back.
The price includes: 2 nights in a double or triple room with private bathroom on a B&B basis. Traditional dinner in a local tavern. Yoga and mindfulness sessions led by a qualified instructor, tailored to the level and abilities of the participants.
