FINALE SUMMER FESTIVAL: Mario Tozzi

Mario Tozzi, a graduate in Geological Sciences from the University La Sapienza, is a PhD holder and the principal researcher at the National Research Council. He is responsible for the dissemination of the Italian Federation of Earth Sciences.
Since 2006, he has been the president of the National Park Authority of the Tuscan Archipelago.
As a science communicator, among numerous radio and television programs, he has hosted “Gaia il pianeta che vive,” since 2007 “Terzo pianeta,” and since 2009, together with the Trio Medusa, the science dissemination program “la Gaia Scienza” on the television broadcaster LA7. He has published over 50 scientific publications in Italian and international journals as well as numerous books on various subjects.
