The VariEquilibri Festival is organized by the Varigotti Insieme Association in collaboration with the Diffused Museum of Finale and the Park of the Promontory of Varigotti, with the support of the Municipality of Finale Ligure

What to Bring

For the sessions of eastern disciplines, always wear comfortable clothing. Additionally:

  • for integral yoga: a beach towel
  • for the sun salutation: lightweight sweatshirt
  • for the sound bath: mat and cushion, lightweight sweatshirt
  • for kids' yoga: swimsuit, t-shirt, towel

For the guided visit to the Promontory Park: walking/trekking shoes and drinking water

    Meeting with Marilena Calbini, artist and teacher of Land Art and plant design, co-director of the International School of Floral Art

  • 6:00 p.m., Centro Civico Fontana
    The Promontory Park of Varigotti between biodiversity and archaeology
    Meeting with Giovanni Murialdo, president of the Finalese section of the International Institute of Ligurian Studies and responsible for the MuDiF project, and Carlo Lovisolo, environmentalist, photographer, and nature guide

  • 7:30 p.m., Piazzetta Libeccio (reservations necessary, Whatsapp 019 6890 600)
    Sound bath
    with Elisa Pennazio and Paolo Bernabé (Yoga Kambliswamy Association)

  • 9:00 p.m. - Molo
    Swing Band: from San Fruttuoso to the Rivieras, 40 years of jazz
    concert by the Swing Band of the Filarmonica di San Fruttuoso
Pricing Information

The Festival is open to all interested parties.

Participation is free, except for the guided tour of the Promontory Park: cost 10 euros for adults, 5 euros for children; reservation is required.
