It’s not true that light comes from above, sometimes it rises from deep, distant roots. Experiential Weekend –

 September 6-7, 2025 Cà del Buio – Finale Ligure (Savona)

A transformative experience in the nature of a place “so dark you can see” to reconnect with your true roots. Where are your roots? What does it mean to be rooted? What does it mean to Stay? We can Stay even when emotions seem to uproot us and toss us from one stimulus to another. Staying is not nailing ourselves down but centering ourselves, physically and spiritually. Observing ourselves from the depths of our Roots.

These principles will be experienced directly through that mystery called the body.
