Rollercoaster Rock’n’Roll! – MTB GUIDE FINALE

Rollercoaster. The name already says a lot, doesn’t it?

The pivot of this itinerary is precisely the Rollercoaster trail, perhaps the most famous trail in Finale Ligure, and the area around it.

Because, ladies and gentlemen, that’s not the only attraction of the Finale Ligure Amusement Park. There are many more, all to be discovered!

We will take one (or more) uplifts with a shuttle, and then connect a series of descents and some uphill transfers to join the most beautiful trails in the area.
We’ll ride trails like Rollercoaster, Toboga di Canova, Madonna della Guardia… in a mix of flows that will give you goosebumps. If we still have time and energies, we will then get closer to the sea to test some of the trails that have made the history of Finale Ligure and its epic races: X-men, Bondi trail, Ruggetta, Dolmen are just some of them. Tracks beautifully carved by our ancestors (and shaped by our trail builders!), breath-taking views of the sea, Mediterranean scents and the creaking of wheels on stones.

Need anything else? Oh yes, cold beer at the end of the tour!

This is type of tour, in our opinion, is the best way to explore Finale Ligure and combine great trails with a little adventure. A mix of shuttle uplifts and transfers on the bike.

In fact, what can be found here is a vast network of trails, which allows us to mix well-known tracks with lesser-known ones, just like a DJ!
Call it All Mountain, call it Enduro … don’t call us if you’re looking to “maximize the downhill”. We don’t look at the numbers. We ride trails and want to show you the best ones.

The details of this tour will be decided by the guide on the spot, evaluating weather conditions, trail conditions, skills and requests, to always offer the best experience to the group.

Tips

This tour is for me if:

  • I want to explore new places on my mtb without worrying too much about how much climb or how much descent I do, but I prefer experience over data.
  • I have a good physical preparation and a medium technical preparation.
  • I am ready and equipped to face adverse weather and small technical problems on my mtb.

This tour is NOT for me if:

  • I am not interested in the cultural/historical aspect of the tour but only the sports one.
  • I want to maximize the descent with the help of the shuttle.
  • I prefer not to lose myself too much in chatter but to grind km uphill and/or downhill.
