A journey where words become allies to better understand oneself, tell stories, and free oneself.

Through the Sonia Scarpante® method, guided by psychologist and teacher Roberta Pagliassotto, participants are invited to write intimate and personal letters on themes related to affection, emotions, and relationships.
In a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, the group becomes a space for listening and sharing. Writing allows one to observe their own story from new angles, recognize emotional knots and inner resources, and give voice to what often remains silent. Each meeting is an opportunity to train emotional intelligence and discover writing as a powerful tool for care and transformation.
