A unique experience where poetry meets taste.

The caviardage workshop linked to recipes is born to transform old pages of cookbooks, family notes, or clippings from culinary magazines into visual poetic works that can tell emotions, memories, and sensations related to food.

Through the technique of caviardage – which consists of bringing words to light from an existing text while obscuring or erasing the rest – participants will be guided on a journey of introspection and creativity, to bring to life unpublished poems inspired by ingredients, flavors, and moments of culinary memory.
