Middle Earth Tour – FINALE LIGURE FREERIDE

“Middle Earth”, this expression defines the vast territory that goes from the main watershed all the way to the Ligurian Alps.

Endless forests, streams, rivers, and small towns are some of the features of these places that are mostly unknown to mass tourism. The trails are quite less complicated than the “Classic Tour” ones and they are not particularly steep.

Here you can find medium-easy trails with an elevation drop of about 400 mt and between 2 and 4 km long. The soil is mainly natural with burms and man-made features that improve the flow of the trail.

For over 20 years Fabrizio Valenti and Fulvio Balbi have dedicated a lot of their time to creating new trails. Thanks to them we can now enjoy quite a unique network of trails. The great “Wild Tour” that moved around places such as Garessio, Bardineto, and Calizzano or the iconic “Defender Tour” in Osiglia are proof of that.

This is a tour for mountain bike lovers that appreciate less crowded places and a more chilled-paced riding than the Classic tour. A different kind of day where this charming land and the silent forest play will be the main characters.
