The house has a bike storage room, a large double living room with a pine bar corner and a thermo fireplace, a dining area with a traditional and cast iron kitchen, and access to a covered patio with a relaxation area and beautiful views. There is also a full bathroom with a large duplex shower on the ground floor.

“STELLA MARINA” room accommodates 3-4 people. On the second floor, “SOLE” room has 3 double beds, “TARTARUGA” room has a double bed and a futon with a private terrace. “PROVENZALE” is a duplex with one double bed. The “GUFO” room on the top floor has 2 single beds.

The villa has heating, hot water, and Wi-Fi.
