Staying at La Perla Residenza allows you to enjoy a vacation of comfort and quality, in total freedom and with no set schedules to adhere to.
Located in a privileged position on the waterfront of Finale Ligure, in front of “il Castelletto” and its beaches, just a few steps from the city center with its shops, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and services, it is open all year round.
The renovation of the area was carried out by entrepreneur Giuseppe Corti, who witnessed its inception. The two buildings, connected by the glass pyramid dome that overlooks the lobby and framed by the lush garden, are divided internally into studio and one-bedroom apartments, all accessible by both stairs and spacious elevators on each floor.
All units have private parking in an underground area with an automatic gate that can be accessed directly from the floors, as well as direct access to the beach via a convenient internal passage.
