“Thoughts on the Move” is a weekend in Finale Ligure, in the natural spaces around the B&B Ca’ del Buio, dedicated to walks, herb identification, readings, and conversations about the relationship between nature, people, and territory.
The initiative, inspired by a book on the resilience of life and the plants that grow on the margins, will be accompanied by Mauro Ferrari, author and sociologist.
Participants will also include the Caritas Listening Center of Finale Ligure and the project Sfuso Diffuso, to connect the themes of social care and environmental sustainability.
In summary, it will be an outdoor experience to walk, listen, learn about nature, and reflect together on how we take care of people and the environment.

10:00 a.m. Meeting at Ca’ del Buio
It is advisable to share cars.
10:15 a.m. Botanical Walk
Guided walk by Francesca Magillo (@escursioni_natura), with tastings and recipes based on wild herbs.
12:00 p.m. Meeting and Dialogue
Return to Ca’ del Buio and meeting with author Mauro Ferrari, together with Sfuso Diffuso and Caritas.
There will also be moments of discussion thanks to the collaboration of A Fugas Sà Letteraria and Come un Romanzo Finalborgo.
1:30 p.m. Buffet
Buffet with dishes based on wild herbs, organized by the association Noi × Voi.
