Some 120 trails lead from the thousand-year-old forests at an altitude of 1,000 metres to the sea, from the most̀ natural to the most̀ worked, from those used for competitions and events to the lesser known and less frequented ones. The place for more than 30 years has been a meeting place for bikers, climbers and enthusiasts of all outdoor sports from every continent.
