Around 120 trails lead from ancient woods at an altitude of 1000 meters down to the sea, ranging from the most natural to the most man-made, from those used for competitions and events to those less known and less frequented. For over 30 years, this area has been a meeting place for communities of bikers, climbers, and enthusiasts of all outdoor sports from every continent.
