In the evening, enjoy dinner/tasting at a local restaurant that celebrates the authentic flavors of the region with fish dishes, creatively flavored pizzas, homemade desserts, and a rich selection of wines and craft beers. An experience of taste and conviviality to start your stay in the best possible way.
After breakfast, accompanied by a professional guide (ITA/ENG), you will cycle through the highlands of Caprazoppa, San Bernardino, and Le Manie, on trails that have hosted international events such as the Enduro World Series and the UCI Enduro World Cup. Between adrenaline and unique views, you will encounter rock carvings, channels carved into the rock, and ancient remains. Traditional lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, the tour continues to Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with a guided tour through cobbled alleys, historic buildings, and the charming cloisters of Santa Caterina. Return to the residence, dinner on your own, and overnight stay.
After the initial presentation of the day, transfer by shuttle bus to Forte del Melogno.
From here, we will explore the Barbottina forest, one of the largest beech forests in Italy, cycling to Bric Aguzzo. We will follow the picturesque Sentiero delle Neviere trail, linked to local agricultural traditions and enriched by the guide’s stories. Lunch in a mountain refuge, with Ligurian cuisine.
Last relaxing morning with brunch within the walls of Finalborgo. Departure by own means of transport.
Those who wish can add a half-day guided outing (until 1:30 p.m.) to revisit their favorite trails or discover new ones.
