Finale Classic West – Enduro – MTB ITALY

The core of this tour is the Rollercoaster, one of the most famous trails in the Finale area.

After several name changes since its official birth, it was S1 of the Trophy of Nations in 2019.

It is still a great classic: half-pipe between fast parabolic curves, breathtaking compressions and drops. An unmissable school of turns, brakes use and changes of direction!

We’ll shuttle about 30 minutes to Din/Melogno and start riding uphill on a coast trail for about 10 minutes. Then we take (1015m a.s.l.) the iconic Rollercoaster trail to the church of San Pantaleo. We set off again via the Sentiero delle Spine to the village of Gorra (300m asl), pedal uphill on the tarmac for about 20 minutes in the direction of the Caprazoppa plateau, and take the Bondi trail to the church of San Martino.

Technical uphill/downhill transfer pedalling up to the last trail of the morning, the X-Man, one of the stages in the 2017 EWS; flow guided in the first part before entering the more technical “tornatopoli” section, full of tight hairpin bends, ideal for improving your riding on the steep straights.

Arrive in Finalborgo for a tasty lunch break in one of the typical restaurants of the medieval village.

At 2 pm, we’ll take a second uplift to the Nato Base area, and in the afternoon, only downhill, along one of the flow trails starting from there. (at your choice, depending on your requests and energies and trail conditions)

Return to Finale around 4 pm or 5 pm.
