Laboratorio Teatro – BABA JAGA APS

The actor – like a tightrope walker – must develop a deep awareness of their being to truly feel free. Freedom arises from the awareness of the close interdependence between thought, body, and emotion.

This workshop is a theatrical journey open to everyone, with or without experience, that focuses on the work of listening, stage presence, movement, voice, and relationship with others. An opportunity to explore, express, and inhabit one’s creative space in a welcoming, non-competitive, and stimulating context.

Through exercises, improvisations, and scene construction, participants will work both individually and in groups, with the aim of culminating – at the end of the journey – in a theatrical performance open to the public, a shared outcome of the experiences lived together throughout the year.
