Artistic Mediation Workshop

Artistic mediation workshops activate the resources and potentials that each person possesses through two fundamental aspects: creativity and relationship.
The activation of the creative process through one or more artistic mediators (photography, painting, drawing, writing…) allows for a transformative emotional process.
The person comes into contact with their emotions in a serene and non-judgmental environment.
Through artistic mediation and the encounter with others, participants will explore new possibilities and provide a new perspective and a different meaning to their experiences.
The workshops are valuable both for those who want to achieve a state of psycho-physical well-being and for those who wish to learn new mediation tools in helping relationships.

The workshop consists of 4 meetings from February 25th to March 18th
