Tour Enduro Beginner

Departure from Finalborgo with a shuttle of about 40 minutes to Base Nato. From here, we take the Partigiano trail (S1). An easy, flowy trail with soft terrain—perfect for getting familiar with the area. We continue towards Colla di San Giacomo, a wide dirt road connecting Orco Feglino/Finale Ligure to the Bormida Valley.

Amid breathtaking views and charming small villages, we reach Vezzi Portio, where we can enjoy a coffee break in the peaceful hills with a stunning sea view.

We continue on the road to Magnone, from where we take a dirt road, Andrassa Climb (407m – 1.3km), leading to the panoramic viewpoint Bric dei Monti, offering an incredible view of the Isola di Bergeggi Marine Protected Area.

Next, we ride the Polveriera trail, named after an old weapons depot active during World War II. The Polveriera plays an important role as a connector across the Altopiano delle Manie. From here, a short stretch of uphill dirt road and asphalt leads us to the entrance of the Ponti Romani, a fairly wide trail with some rocky sections.

A journey through history: our tour ends in one of the most picturesque fossil valleys of the Finale area, at the foot of the impressive Rocca di Corno, along an ancient road featuring Roman-era remains such as bridges, caves, and quarries.

The trail ends at Verzi, just above Calvisio, following the ancient Iulia Augusta road, opened by Augustus in 13 BC. From Calvisio, we continue on paved roads back to Finale Ligure.
