Trekking e Yoga a Camporotondo – Finalehiking

The path leads us through the tranquility of the San Bernardino plateau to the Ciappi, the large stone slabs that rise from the ground like gray islands in the green. Here, time seems to have stood still: we will walk on rocks carved by our ancestors, admiring prehistoric signs that tell stories from thousands of years ago, in a unique setting.
Along the trail, we will encounter the magnetic charm of the Megalithic Enclosure, an ancient structure of stones embedded in the ground that once marked a sacred or gathering space. It is a place charged with energy and will be the ideal setting for an hour of outdoor yoga session, designed to release the tensions of the walk and tune our inner rhythm with that of the surrounding environment.
