The VariEquilibri Festival is organized by the Varigotti Insieme Association in collaboration with the Diffused Museum of Finale and the Park of the Promontory of Varigotti, with the support of the Municipality of Finale Ligure

What to Bring

For the sessions of eastern disciplines, always wear comfortable clothing. Additionally:

  • for integral yoga: a beach towel
  • for sun salutations: a lightweight sweatshirt
  • for sound baths: a mat and pillow, lightweight sweatshirt
  • for children's yoga (6-12 years): swimsuit, t-shirt, towel

For the guided tour of the Promontory Park: walking/trekking shoes and water to drink

The Festival is open to all interested parties.

Participation is free, except for the guided tour of the Promontory Park: cost 10 euros for adults, 5 euros for children; reservation is required.
