The appointment is organized by the Municipality of Finale Ligure in collaboration with the “Migliorini” Hotel Institute (IIS Finale – Migliorini Da Vinci) and with the Department of Solidarity Emergency of the Ligurian section of the Italian Federation of Chefs.
The subsequent showcooking events will take place every third Saturday of the month, from November to March.
