Viaggio nel Medioevo

From August 20 to 23, 2026, Finalborgo will turn back in time, precisely to 1452, to the times of the Marquisate of Giovanni I del Carretto, to celebrate the reconquest of its walls under the siege of the Republic of Genoa.

 
For those who have already embarked on our “journey”, it is easy to remember what we are talking about:
Banners along the streets of the village, ancient signs, perfumes, flavors, and music; shops and camps; ladies, knights, and jesters;
sword games, fire shows, and different languages mixing in a dance, becoming colors; the smiles and amazement on the faces of children, adults turning back into children!

During these four days, from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m., one can thus attend shows of all kinds and immerse themselves in the Medieval era!

• Swordfighters Tournament – Saturday evening
• Battle in the river – Sunday evening
