Infrastructure details

The activities, based on the method Giocayoga® – Italian Association of Yoga for Children, recognized by the MIUR, are aimed at children and teenagers from 5 to 16 years old.

Through play, movement, and breath, yoga promotes psychological and physical well-being, concentration, emotional management, and self-esteem development. For adolescents, it represents a valid support in managing stress and anxiety, helping to improve emotional balance, body awareness, and the ability to face changes.

There are also individual mother-child lessons offered, designed to strengthen the emotional bond and mutual communication through gentle movement practices, breathing, and shared activities, particularly useful during times of change or relational difficulties.

The offer also includes Yoga Nidra sessions, a deep relaxation technique from the tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, adapted for children and families. Through guided visualizations and simple mindfulness practices, it helps to reduce tension and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote emotional well-being, both in individual meetings and in small groups.
