Comfortable accommodation near the sea, on the ground floor with a private entrance through a gate leading to a fenced private garden connected to the apartment with parking.

The accommodation consists of a living-kitchen room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, each room has a French door facing the garden with orange and lemon trees.

The air conditioning for heating and cooling is operated by a trial system, and usage is charged based on the kWh consumed.

The kitchen is equipped with electric plates, a conventional oven, and a dishwasher.

The kitchen table is for five people, and in the garden, under an orange tree, there is a table with a bench and four chairs.

Bedding and bath linen must be booked in advance at €15 per person per week.

In the garden, there is a water outlet with a hose for washing bikes if needed.

By prior arrangement, a bike room with a lock accessible by code can be used.

The private parking is located in front of the entrance gate. In case of arrivals before 10 PM, please call and write to [email protected] for necessary arrangements.
Check-out and key handover by 10 AM.
