Hello! We are Carla, Patrizia, Sara and Erika, and we are happy to welcome you to our Residence, a small structure that represents us: simple, quiet, friendly… the ideal place to spend your holiday with sea, sun, sport or relax!

Our flats are studios and two roomed flats, all with terrace/balcony or garden, have independent air conditioning/heating, television, equipped kitchenette with microwave, wifi, bathroom with shower, they are rented with bed linen and towels.

If you have children, we can add cots, high chairs, single bed rails and baby bath tubs free of charge.

All accommodation with a terrace or balcony is dog-welcome.

We are open all year round and are located in Finalpia, the most residential part of Finale, precisely between a pedestrian street and a private courtyard, the promenade is just a few steps away and in the streets around us you will find, among other things, various groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy, a children’s shop and a pet shop.

We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out so that you can make the most of your day.

Free parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity and others can be reserved for a fee.

Free beaches and affiliated bathing establishments within walking distance. Common room available for guests and coin-operated washing machine.
