Every space is designed to offer the maximum comfort: air conditioning and heating in all rooms, Velux windows with electric opening and automatic closing in case of rain, electric shutters, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. And of course, for moments of relaxation, there is no lack of a smart TV and a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection.

The view from the terrace is one of our strong points: the gaze opens onto the village and the surrounding hills, in an atmosphere of calm and privacy that invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment.

The attics are located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. But don’t worry: upon your arrival, we will be happy to assist you with your luggage. Upon request, a convenient grocery delivery service directly to your floor is also available.

We are in a quiet and elegant residential area, surrounded by greenery, not far from the center of Finalpia. The road to the pedestrian area is flat and safe: perfect for a stroll to the heart of the city or to reach the sea without hurry.
