Villa Parodi is located in a tranquil residential neighborhood. Wake up to views of the 12th century Castel Gavone sitting on top of the hill behind the house. Castel San Giovanni, built in 1640, can be seen along the hill crest from the comfort of the sofa or one of the sunny terraces.

Vast, professionally maintained private gardens with plentiful lawn, BBQ, private parking & plenty of outdoor space to rest/play. Store your gear in our new bike room, for up to 15 bikes

If you have children, there is a lot of flat green space for them to run around in front of the house. They can even play a small game of football/soccer!

Villa Parodi is also The Apartment, a cosy apartment which is walking distance to the sea and train station.

Two bedrooms, one bathroom, private front garden and secure bike storage. Built over two floors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kettle, and everything you need to make a homecooked meal. Coffee & tea are always provided.

The garden is surrounded by plenty of trees & greenery and is equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. If you have children, there is a lot of outdoor space for them to run around away from the main road.
